EGP Solutions is only acting as a wholesaler/ supplier between the end user and manufacturer. All warranty for solar products come directly from the manufacturer and in case of any malfunction, EGP Solutions makes sure you get your warranty to cover you if you are within the warranty perks. EGP Solutions will only act on the original manufacturer’s instructions on how to handle a warranty and guarantees and it will be the manufacturer’s discretion on how the refund and repairs will be handled.

It is the client or end user’s responsibility and duty to read and learn the product information, rules, and user manuals that have been provided in the form that the manufacturer requires it to operate. The end user must register all equipment at manufacturer if it is required.

If any equipment is installed by an unqualified person, it will result in warranties being voided (cancelled).

The limited warranty doesn’t apply to any of the following:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, alteration, improper installation/ commissioning, application or removal (including but not limited to installation, application or removal by any party other than EGP Solutions, a EGP Solutions authorized dealer or technician approved by EGP Solutions).
• Repair and modifications or attempted repairs by someone other than an approved EGP Solutions service technician.
• Incorrect use or inappropriate operation.
• Insufficient ventilation of the device.
• Failure to observe the applicable wiring and safety regulations.
• Transport damage.
• Force majeure (e.g. lightning, overvoltage, storm, fire, flood).

All warranties and guarantees will only be attended to by the manufacturer of the equipment after full information has been provided in the form that the manufacturer requires it.
